RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI:

Conseguire ai KPI personali e contribuire alle prestazioni complessive del negozio

Garantire una soddisfazione totale a tutti i clienti, seguendo il percorso del cliente dall’inizio alla fine, da quando entra nel punto vendita a quando esce

Contribuire a garantire che il negozio rimanga il più commerciale possibile seguendo le linee guida aziendali

Aderire a tutte le politiche e procedure aziendali

Avere la responsabilitàdel mantenimento degli standard sanitari, di sicurezza e ambientali all’interno del punto vendita

Eseguire altri compiti richiesti dal team di gestione

REQUISITI:

Attitudine al lavoro di squadra

Capacità nel settore dell’assistenza clienti

Passione per il commercio al dettaglio e le vendite

Desiderio di imparare

Capacità di eseguire calcoli matematici di base e di eseguire processi operativi generali del mercato retail

Capacità di comunicazione efficace

Orario di lavoro flessibile, compresi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi
