Revenue Assurance Manager

Follow internal sign-off processes, including preparation and presentation of contract overview documentation

Assisting Sales teams in preparation of internal/external documentation, in relation to contract renewals

Ability to discuss NEC products at a top level to assist contract negotiations

Address contract queries that may arise internally or externally

Good all round understanding of associated NEC product offerings

Recording and keeping accurate forecasting of upcoming renewals within the NEC CRM system

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Customer facing experience

Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite

Good knowledge of the Local Authority / Public Services approval processes.

Good, working knowledge of contract law

Working knowledge of contractual frameworks

An understanding of the Local Government / Public Services environment and its drivers

Ability to effectively interact with and gather information from high-level managers and senior officers

Awareness of the need for customer retention and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction to achieve this aim

Ability to adapt to differing levels of interaction dependent upon situation

Good Business reporting capabilities

PERSONAL SKILLS

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated and self reliant, but with strong team player capabilities

Strategic and Commercial attention to detail

Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Capable of multi-tasking and balancing customer and internal priorities

Organising time effectively, determining the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignments

Full and valid UK/EC driving licence
