Salary DOE 📋 Commercial 🏬 London Office
Location: Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office)
native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.
Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.
The Opportunity
As an SDR at native, you are the first meaningful touchpoint for many of our partners. Working closely alongside an assigned Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for generating high-quality qualified opportunities by engaging the right brands, at the right time, with the right message.

This role is about quality, understanding our target sectors, being thoughtful and strategic in outreach, and building confidence as a commercial operator.
What you’ll be working on
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for the following:
Strategic Prospecting: Collaborate closely with your assigned Sales Director to map target accounts, brand organograms, and agency networks.
Multi-Channel Engagement: Research prospects and market signals to execute tailored outreach across phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and warm agency intros.
Rigorous Qualification: Qualify leads against clear criteria (identifying genuine operational pain and key decision-makers) before booking pipeline meetings.
Meeting Participation: Attend initial discovery calls for opportunities you book to ensure seamless hand-offs and maintain lead context.
CRM Hygiene & Insights: Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring pipeline activity and prospect touch-points are clear and reliable.
Cross-Team Alignment: Work alongside Sales and Marketing to align messaging, campaign priorities, and proposition delivery.
Performance & Development
Work towards clear qualified meeting and pipeline targets, with a strong emphasis on meeting quality.
Take part in regular 1:1s, account reviews, and coaching sessions with your Sales Director.
Continuously build confidence in commercial conversations, objection handling, and deep sector research.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring vision, structure, and operational discipline to a fast-growing function.
Specifically, you will bring:
Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in an SDR or lead generation role, with confidence in prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and generating new business opportunities.
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to execute targeted, multi-channel outbound prospecting.
Curiosity, resilience, and a strong desire to learn commercial mechanics.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload.
Alignment with native’s values: accountability, growth mindset, and lifting others up.
