In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure applications aligned with organizational standards.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated experience in application development, preferably within the financial services sector.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, or GitLab CI) and automated testing frameworks.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
