Job Description
At Kraft Heinz, we believe that success comes from passion, courage, and team spirit. As a global company with strong values and a clear vision, we are looking for people who want to take responsibility and make a difference — every day!
As Senior Brand Manager, you will shape the Nordic growth agenda for one of Kraft Heinz’s most iconic brands—turning global strategy, consumer insight, and commercial opportunities into locally relevant plans that deliver measurable growth. Heinz brand will be your primary focus, alongside responsibility for HP Sauce, Lea & Perrins, and Bull’s-Eye.
This is a high-impact Nordic role spanning both retail and food service, with end-to-end ownership: you will build a clear three-year growth roadmap, develop integrated marketing plans, and connect brand strategy with activation across channels. Working closely with Nordic and global teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners, you will bring commercial focus, structure, pace, and strong project leadership to the Nordic business.
