En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Cybersecurity Architect (#22375) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
- Diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias de ciberseguridad para entornos OT (Operational Technology).
- Definir y asegurar el cumplimiento de líneas base de seguridad en sistemas industriales.
- Diseñar arquitecturas de seguridad integradas para entornos IT y OT.
- Asesorar iniciativas y proyectos tecnológicos incorporando controles de ciberseguridad desde las etapas iniciales de diseño.
- Gestionar la respuesta a incidentes de seguridad en entornos industriales.
- Supervisar servicios especializados de monitoreo y operaciones de ciberseguridad.
- Gestionar vulnerabilidades y riesgos asociados a infraestructuras OT.
- Implementar y monitorear controles de seguridad end-to-end en sistemas industriales.
- Liderar evaluaciones de nuevas tecnologías y soluciones de ciberseguridad.
- Gestionar iniciativas de inteligencia de amenazas enfocadas en entornos OT.

Requisitos indispensables
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en Ciberseguridad o Seguridad de la Información.
- Experiencia en diseño y arquitectura de soluciones de ciberseguridad.
- Conocimiento de entornos OT y tecnologías industriales como SCADA, PLC, DCS y protocolos industriales.
- Experiencia en soluciones de seguridad como SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, DLP, IAM y Cloud Security.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de seguridad OT como Nozomi, Claroty o Dragos.
- Conocimiento de frameworks y estándares de seguridad como NIST, IEC 62443 e ISO 27001.
- Experiencia en convergencia de entornos IT y OT.
- Experiencia en gestión y respuesta a incidentes de ciberseguridad.
- Experiencia en Threat Intelligence y Vulnerability Management.
- Capacidad para gestionar riesgos y fortalecer la resiliencia operativa de los sistemas críticos.
- Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Seguridad, Riesgos o carreras afines.
Requisitos deseables
- Certificación IEC 62443.
- Certificación ISO 27001.
- Certificación CEH.
- Certificación OSCP.
- Certificación CCSP.
- Certificación GCIH o GCFA.
- Otras certificaciones relacionadas con ciberseguridad, seguridad industrial o gestión de riesgos.
