YOUR MISSION

Own the global motorsport social strategy, including publishing plans and content calendars for @pumamotorsport across all platforms
Lead community engagement and maximize partner activations to strengthen brand presence
Drive creative direction for motorsport campaigns, product launches, and culturally relevant moments
Oversee social briefs and copy decks, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
Manage live event coverage and real-time content delivery for key motorsport events
Analyze and report social performance, using insights to optimize future activations
Build strategic relationships with partners, creators, and agencies to elevate content quality
Mentor and guide team members, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

YOUR TALENT

5–7 years’ global social media experience, ideally in sports or consumer brands
Proven expertise in global social strategy, publishing, and content planning
Strong creative judgment across campaigns, launches, communities, and live events
Data-driven approach to performance and content optimization
Excellent communication and influence across global stakeholders and partners
High autonomy and leadership skills, with experience developing team members.
