Job Description:
The Senior Product Manager, Clinical Content owns the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more product areas within the Clinical Content portfolio. This individual applies strong product management fundamentals — discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and measurable KPIs — to define and execute a roadmap that maximizes customer value and business results. The Senior Product Manager partners closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to bring the roadmap to life, and serves as a subject-matter expert and mentor to other product managers, contributing to the company's broader effort to modernize and scale the product management function around strong technology product management craft. For this role, the portfolio is the company's ambulatory EHR and practice management platform, spanning the clinical documentation, ordering, e-prescribing, scheduling, patient access, and revenue cycle workflows that physician practices and ambulatory organizations depend on daily; the Senior Product Manager therefore pairs strong product craft with domain fluency in ambulatory care delivery and healthcare interoperability.
