Where You'll Work

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

What You'll Deliver

Scalable software solutions that drive customer value across Litera’s legal technology portfolio.
Technical direction and architectural standards that improve reliability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
A stronger, more capable team through mentorship, technical growth, and engineering best practices.
Faster product development through AI-powered engineering tools, modern practices, and continuous improvement.
Complex features and platform enhancements taken from concept to production with high quality and operational excellence.
Stronger cloud and DevOps capabilities through automation, deployment efficiency, and scalable infrastructure.
Innovation through the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI.
Technical execution aligned with business goals through partnership with Product, Design, and leadership.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

5–7+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, production-scale applications and SaaS products.
Strong full-stack expertise building applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions with modern technologies such as C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
An AI-first mindset with familiarity using GenAI tools.
Experience providing technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and scalable system design.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving results in fast-paced environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and other modern design patterns.
Familiarity with legal technology, professional services software, data analytics platforms, or other complex B2B SaaS environments.
Experience leading distributed teams or operating high-availability cloud applications.
Experience implementing secure development practices or driving quality through observability and test automation tools.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants
The base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $165,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
