A BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems encontra-se atualmente a recrutar um(a) profissional dinâmico(a) e orientado(a) para resultados para a função de Serralheiro (M/F/D) para a nossa nova unidade de produção em Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Apoiar na implementação de iniciativas de Engenharia Industrial (IE) e melhorias no chão de fábrica;
- Executar ajustes a estruturas e Part Presentation (PP) de acordo com as necessidades operacionais;
- Desenvolver e modificar estruturas/PP utilizando materiais existentes (otimização de custos e reutilização de materiais);
- Participar em atividades de melhoria contínua (Kaizen, sistema de implementação de sugestões);
- Construir e adaptar estruturas metálicas, suportes e dispositivos auxiliares;
- Propor soluções técnicas para melhorar a ergonomia, segurança e eficiência;
- Assegurar a manutenção preventiva de estruturas e sistemas PP;
- Identificar riscos de desgaste, dano ou instabilidade e implementar ações corretivas;
- Contribuir para a standardização e robustez das soluções instaladas.
Educação e Requisitos:
- Ensino Secundário completo
- Experiência comprovada em: Corte (serra/corte), Fresagem (fresa), Retificação (retificadora);
- Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos (obrigatório/preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de Soldadura (preferencial), montagem mecânica e fabrico;
- Capacidade de resolução de problemas;
- Perfil prático, orientado para a execução e para soluções;
- Elevado nível de autonomia e responsabilidade;
- Proatividade em melhoria contínua;
- Familiaridade com ambientes industriais (preferencialmente automóvel).
