Deine Aufgaben im Team

Dein Job: Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase an unseren Geräten, übernimmst du die Montage, Inbetriebnahme und den Service für Geräte beim Kunden vor Ort.
Insgesamt bist du im Jahr etwa 70 % deiner Arbeitszeit mit einer durchschnittlichen Reisedauer von vier Tagen unterwegs – überwiegend werktags, am Wochenende bist du also in der Regel zu Hause. Auf deinen ersten Reisen wirst du von erfahrenen Technikern begleitet.
Du trägst Projekt- und Kundenverantwortung, arbeitest aber in enger Kooperation mit den internationalen Team-Kollegen im Innen- und Außendienst.
Zu Hause am Stammsitz in Bremen kümmerst du dich um den Support und die Reparatur von Kundengeräten.

Das bringst du mit

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Elektrohandwerk, bist z. B. gelernter Elektroniker (w/m/d) für Geräte und Systeme – Nice-to-have ist eine Fortbildung zum Techniker (w/m/d), jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
Deine Berufserfahrung in der Montage von elektrotechnischen Komponenten sowie deine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung sind uns sehr wichtig.
Als Repräsentant (w/m/d) unseres Unternehmens überzeugst du beim Kunden durch dein höfliches und verbindliches Auftreten – unvorhergesehene Herausforderungen gehst du dabei lösungsorientiert an.
Deine guten Englischkenntnisse sind für diese Stelle hilfreich.
Für deine Serviceeinsätze bringst du den Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft für den europäischen Raum mit und du hast Freude daran, andere Kulturen kennenzulernen.
