Role Context

The Ultra Fresh team is implementing RELEX SaaS as the planning platform for ultra-fresh demand forecasting and replenishment across METRO. The solution supports accurate forecasting, reliable replenishment, strong data quality, improved availability, inventory efficiency, and waste reduction for a strategically important assortment area.

The initial pilot covers Germany, France, and Romania, with further global rollout waves planned afterwards. As Solution Expert – RELEX, you will help build the internal METRO.digital capability in MD GSC India, supporting the transition from project delivery to stable run-mode operations and future rollout execution.

How You Will Make an Impact

You will help METRO establish and grow internal RELEX expertise for Ultra Fresh, ensuring the solution can be operated, supported, and continuously improved beyond the initial pilot. You will also contribute to stable application managed services, rollout readiness, business adoption, and reduced dependency on external partners.
