Concentrix is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our global AI Data Services & Trust & Safety Practice.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing the Practice marketing strategy, building awareness of our capabilities, engaging priority clients and prospects, supporting Sales and Business Development, and demonstrating measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Reporting directly to the GVP of AI Data Services & Trust & Safety, the Marketing Manager will own the Practice marketing budget and work closely with Concentrix Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Business Development, Practice leadership and subject-matter experts.

The ideal candidate combines B2B marketing strategy, events, demand generation, content development, thought leadership, social media, account-based marketing and marketing analytics. This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop the strategy, mobilize internal resources, execute programs, and measure their commercial impact.

What you will do in this role

In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

Practice Marketing Strategy & Budget

  • Develop and manage the annual and quarterly marketing strategy for the AI Data Services & Trust & Safety Practice, aligned to growth priorities, target accounts and revenue objectives.
  • Translate Practice priorities into integrated marketing campaigns across events, content, social media, demand generation, targeted outreach, sponsorships and sales enablement.
  • Own the Practice marketing budget, including planning, allocation, tracking and recommendations for optimizing spend based on measurable results.
  • Evaluate potential investments across conferences, owned events, associations, lead-generation platforms, sponsored content, paid campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Stay current on developments across AI, AI training, data services, AI safety and Trust & Safety to identify emerging marketing opportunities and areas where Concentrix can establish a differentiated point of view.

Events, Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for third-party conferences, Concentrix-hosted events, executive roundtables, networking events, webinars, client events and internal sector events.
  • Recommend where the Practice should attend, sponsor, speak, host meetings or create adjacent events based on audience quality and business potential.
  • Build target-account and invitation lists in partnership with Sales and Business Development for Practice-owned events and strategic conferences.
  • Develop compelling invitation campaigns through email, LinkedIn, social media and other targeted outreach to drive attendance from relevant executives and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate event messaging, branding, collateral, speakers, attendee communications, executive meetings and follow-up.
  • Build post-event engagement and nurture programs that convert attendees, registrants and priority prospects into meetings and sales opportunities.
  • Support account-based marketing programs designed to reach multiple stakeholders across priority organizations, including leaders in AI, data, product, engineering, operations, Trust & Safety and other relevant functions.
  • Partner with Concentrix Demand Generation teams to create campaigns that generate and nurture qualified demand for Practice services.

Content, Thought Leadership & Social Media

  • Develop and manage an ongoing content and thought-leadership strategy covering AI Data Services, AI model development and evaluation, AI safety, Trust & Safety and emerging market trends.
  • Write blogs, articles, executive perspectives, newsletters and other content directly, or engage Practice subject-matter experts and other contributors where appropriate.
  • Interview Practice executives and SMEs and translate complex technical or operational topics into clear, compelling market-facing content.
  • Identify opportunities for contributed articles, sponsored content, industry publications, webinars, panels, podcasts and speaking engagements.
  • Build a structured thought-leadership program for Practice leaders, including LinkedIn posts, executive commentary, presentation concepts and market POVs.
  • Own the ongoing content strategy for the Practice's LinkedIn presence, maintaining a consistent weekly and monthly publishing cadence.
  • Create a balanced mix of market insights, thought leadership, event promotion, client outcomes, capabilities, employee expertise and industry commentary.
  • Track social and content performance, including audience growth, engagement, traffic, conversions and resulting commercial opportunities.

Marketing Collateral, Case Studies & Sales Enablement

  • Lead development and maintenance of high-quality internal and external marketing collateral supporting AI Data Services and Trust & Safety.
  • Create capability overviews, one-pagers, presentations, solution briefs, use-case materials, infographics, executive POVs, event materials and other sales-enablement assets.
  • Develop targeted content for specific industries, buyer groups, client challenges and emerging AI use cases.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to identify gaps in the materials required to support client conversations and prospect engagement.
  • Establish and manage a pipeline of potential client case studies and proof points.
  • Work with delivery teams and account leaders to identify engagements with measurable outcomes that can be developed into client stories, testimonials or anonymized case studies.
  • Maintain an organized and current repository of Practice marketing and sales assets.

Corporate Marketing & Internal Practice Marketing

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between the Practice and Concentrix Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications and related teams.
  • Ensure Practice priorities are represented within broader Concentrix campaigns and marketing programs.
  • Develop internal communications and enablement materials that help Concentrix sellers and account leaders understand AI Data Services and Trust & Safety capabilities, market opportunities, proof points and available assets.
  • Support internal sector meetings, leadership events and client-attended forums where the Practice has an opportunity to build awareness or generate opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for broader external visibility through analyst engagement, awards, industry associations, executive networks and relevant media channels.

Marketing Analytics, Pipeline Attribution & ROI

  • Own measurement and reporting for Practice marketing activity and provide clear monthly and quarterly updates to Practice leadership.
  • Establish consistent tracking for events, campaigns, content, social media, memberships, sponsored programs and other marketing investments.
  • Track metrics including target-account engagement, event registrations and attendance, meetings generated, leads, opportunities, pipeline created, pipeline influenced and closed-won revenue.
  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of individual events, campaigns, platforms and marketing investments.
  • Work with Sales and Business Development to maintain effective lead routing, campaign attribution and follow-up.
  • Use performance data to recommend adjustments to marketing strategy, channel mix and budget allocation.
  • Ensure marketing reporting demonstrates not only activity and engagement, but marketing's contribution to Practice growth.
