根据年度推广计划、市场推广策略和产品定位，制定分管产品的市场推广策略并组织市场活动，提高分管产品的学术形象以达到分管产品价值的最大化和增长最大化，支持产品推广目标的达成。

主要职责

分析分管产品的市场推广趋势，为推广团队制定推广目标提供参考依据。制定分管产品的市场推广策略及具体行动计划，提高分管产品的市场价值。组织实施分管产品的市场推广计划，并跟踪计划执行的有效性，以支持推广团队达成推广指标。组织各类市场活动并参与学术会议，提高分管产品的学术形象。制定分管产品的年度市场营销费用总体预算，分配和管理市场营销费用，确保对分管产品市场投入的最大产出。为推广团队提供分管产品的市场竞争状况、营销工具应用等相关培训，提高推广团队对分管产品的了解程度。

任职要求

教育背景

本科及以上学历，医学、药学或市场营销专业为佳

相关领域工作经验

3-8年以上医药行业市场相关工作经验（高级产品经理8年）

专业知识与技能

熟练使用计算机办公软件

具有较强的沟通协调能力及组织能力
