Le siège social regroupe les principales fonctions transversales (marketing, juridique, finance, ressources humaines, relations investisseurs, communication, etc.).
Le/La stagiaire intégrera l’équipe M&A du Siège et participera aux projets d’acquisition et de cession du Groupe.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Le/La stagiaire sera en charge de :
- Assister à la préparation et à la revue des dossiers d’investissement et de désinvestissement du Groupe
- Rechercher des informations sur les cibles potentielles ;
- Participer à l’évaluation financière des entreprises / activités visées (DCF, multiples de sociétés cotées et de transactions, calcul de WACC, etc.) ;
- Assister aux différentes étapes de l’exécution des transactions, et notamment la préparation d’éléments de synthèse sur des sujets spécifiques de due diligence ou dans le cadre de la négociation des documents juridiques.

Ce stage permettra d’acquérir une solide expérience au sein du département M&A d’un grand Groupe international du CAC 40.
L’équipe est dynamique et avec des profils variés.
Are you a MATCH?
Formation école de commerce ou d’ingénieur avec spécialité en finance d’entreprise (Grande Ecole, Master Spécialisé) ;
Première expérience en M&A (banque ou corporate) ou en Private Equity valorisée ;
Connaissances solides en finance d’entreprise : principes comptables, modélisation et évaluation financière ;
Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse ;
Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais et du français;
Bonne maîtrise d’Excel ;
Connaissance des bases de données financières (Bloomberg, Capital IQ…) souhaitable ;
Rigueur et curiosité.

Le stage se déroule dans le siège historique du Groupe en plein centre de Paris au Quai d’Orsay.
