Required qualifications:
- Ability to work in an international environment focused on customer and organizational operations

- Understanding of product design issues and principles
Key accountabilities:
- Continuous optimization of the production process
- Implementation of new, advanced production technology
- Creation of documentation in accordance with standards (APQP, PPAP, ISO TS)
- Maintaining schedules and documentation in accordance with automotive standards
- Providing new means of production
- Increasing productivity and analyzing production results
- Continuous implementation of improvement measures
- Comparative analyses with other BorgWarner units
