Brindar apoyo técnico y operativo al equipo de supervisión de proyectos en las áreas civil, mecánica, eléctrica y de automatización, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y cronograma establecidos en los proyectos “Despacho de Big Bag” y “Transporte de Cemento de Molinos Peng Fei a Silo 8”.
Profesional titulado o egresado de Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o Industrial.
5 años de experiencia en obras industriales, proyectos EPC, minería o plantas de cemento.
Conocimientos de procesos constructivos, lectura de planos y control de calidad.
Manejo de AutoCAD (2D), MS Project, y herramientas Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Conocimiento básico de normas ACI, ASTM, NTP, NEC o equivalentes.
Conocimiento en control de avance (curva S, SPI, valor ganado).
Disponibilidad para laborar en planta industrial (Arequipa) y cumplir turnos extendidos cuando el proyecto lo requiera.

Funciones principales
Apoyar en la supervisión de obras civiles, mecánicas y eléctricas durante las etapas de construcción, montaje y puesta en marcha.
Participar en el control de calidad, verificando materiales, protocolos y ensayos en campo.
Elaborar y consolidar reportes diarios y semanales de avance (producción, seguridad, recursos).
Asistir en el seguimiento del cronograma de ejecución y control de hitos del contratista EPC.
Colaborar en la gestión documental (transmittals, RFI, punch list, planos As Built, informes técnicos).
Apoyar en la validación de valorizaciones mensuales y control de gastos del proyecto.
Coordinar con los equipos de seguridad y medio ambiente para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.
