Key Accountabilities
- Evaluate and audit new supplier
- Monitor/Manage supplier APQP process to ensure the successful launch of new project,
- Monitor supplier quality performance
- Implement annual audit plan for suppliers
- Develop and push suppliers for continuous improvement
- Verify supplier corrective action effectiveness
- Maintain supplier Quality Agreement signing & update in order to ensure suppliers' quality control system meet company's quality requirement
- Make the EPC (early production containment) plan to ensure safe launch when ramp-up
- Review and approve PPAP
- Submit monthly quality report for responsible materials & suppliers in order to reflect suppliers' quality performance
- Monitor /support the 4M change from supplier side .

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Automation, Mechanical is better.
- 3+ years of SDE experience at Auto industrial. Fully experience of supplier new project development at complex end components.
- Trained VDA 6.3 auditor.
- Familiar with machining ,cold forming, forging ,casting, assembly parts manufacturing process
- Familiar with 5 core tools, APQP,PPAP,FMEA, MSA,SPC
- Full experience of problem solving, leading global function team investigation in case need
- Quality Management System tools and continuous improvement methodologies
- Interpreting Engineering Drawings, familiar of GD&T.
- Highly developed relationship-building skills, and strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Highly collaborative
- Experienced user in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
- Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with global time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs
- English can be a working language.
- Six sigma green belt is a plus.
