About Job

We are looking for a Supply Chain Development Executive to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family. The SCD Executive role lies within the Eurasia / WEEM Supply Chain and the Turkiye team. This position can be based in either Susurluk factory or Istanbul Headquarter.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end
By submitting innovation projects, making a significant contribution to the “Portfolio Value” KPI and Kraft Heinz’s overall NSV and EBIT
To exchange ideas, gain support, and ensure alignment on project priorities and objectives, the SCD Executive should develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, business units, and senior management
Become a leading voice in supply chain development matters in Türkiye and ensure all your projects are realized from the perspective of efficient supply chain management
Identify opportunities to involve other supply chain professionals specializing in areas such as demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise when needed
Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree
6/7 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain
2-3 years of experience in Project Management
Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills
Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of English at a communicative level
Good business acumen
Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
