Supply Planning Analyst – Sauces

• Develop and maintain comprehensive category dashboards to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance, including metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, and service levels.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify planning performance gaps and opportunities for improvement, including metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and fill rates.
• Support monthly and quarterly category reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement, including reviewing category performance, discussing challenges and opportunities, and developing action plans.
• Assist in inventory and service level diagnostics to identify root causes of issues and develop corrective actions, including analyzing inventory levels, lead times, and service levels to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure reporting accuracy and completeness by developing and maintaining robust reporting processes and procedures, including data validation, data cleansing, and data visualization, to provide stakeholders with reliable and actionable insights.
• Generate insights from data analysis to inform supply chain strategy and optimization initiatives, including identifying trends, patterns, and correlations, and developing predictive models to forecast future performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters Degree in in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Experienced in planning systems such as OMP and SAP to develop and implement advanced planning systems
• Knowledgeable in supply chain KPIs and reporting
• Possesses strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, •
• Demonstrates a high level of responsiveness and accuracy in delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
