The Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant role combines agile responsiveness with accurate execution, providing proactive support and demonstrating a keen ability to prioritize tasks for optimal results. The role balances day-to-day recruitment operations with a strategic mindset, ensuring swift, precise, and effective talent acquisition solutions that drive organizational success.

Accountabilities:

Handling Talent Acquisition related administrative tasks
Managing job postings across various platforms
Coordinating interview schedules and logistics
Assist with candidate communications
Managing pre-onboarding and onboarding related administrative tasks
Maintaining recruitment databases updated
Providing timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
Assessing urgency and impact of various hiring needs to prioritize efforts
Candidate Experience Management
Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants

BSc/MSc Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is an advantage
Experience in Customer Service / Talent Acquisition / Administrative field
Experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
Fluent in English and at least intermediate Ukrainian language knowledge
Skilled in handling diverse tasks and workflows in parallel
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
