En tant que Technicien d'usinage h/f, vous rejoindrez l’équipe d’Alan ou d'Arnaud sur notre site de fabrication à Brigueuil, en Charente Limousine (à 30 minutes à l’ouest de Limoges) au sein de notre entreprise MKS.
Vous interviendrez au cœur de nos opérations sur un large panel de procédés d’usinage : tournage, fraisage (centres d’usinage et tours multi-axes), rectification et procédés spéciaux. Votre rôle sera particulièrement orienté vers l’usinage sur machines CN / numériques, toutes marques, et sur machines 3, 4 et 5 axes.
Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact en :
Régler, mettre au point et conduire des machines-outils à commande numérique, tous types et toutes marques.
Intervenir sur des opérations de tournage et de fraisage multi-axes (3/4/5 axes).
Contrôler la qualité, les dimensions et la conformité des pièces produites
Corriger les outils, ajuster les paramètres de coupe et optimiser les trajectoires

Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser la performance, réduire les retouches et améliorer la qualité et les délais
Participer activement à l’amélioration continue de nos procédés.
Votre profil :
Première expérience en industrie, idéalement en usinage.
Maîtrise des moyens de mesure et compréhension du langage de programmation MOCN (code G basique).
À l’aise avec différents environnements machines : CN, numérique, multi-axes, marques variées.
Capacité à travailler en équipe en horaires 2×8 ou équipe nuit.
