L’équipe maintenance s’assure de garantir un niveau de performance et de disponibilité élevé de nos outils de production. Pour cela, elle suit les plans d’entretiens, propose des améliorations, organise les arrêts en collaboration avec la production, établit des modes opératoires. En étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de planification, le technicien maintenance assure ses missions avec autonomie, expertise et prise de recul.

Sous l'autorité du Responsable maintenance, votre mission est :
D’assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’outil de production par une maintenance préventive et curative tout en respectant les règles essentielles de sécurité et de qualité,
De veiller à optimiser en permanence la fiabilité des outils de production : chaînes automatisées, compresseurs, pompes, outils de conditionnement …
De veiller à l'approvisionnement des pièces de rechange et à la bonne gestion des stocks de pièces de maintenance
D’exploiter et renseigner l’outil de suivi (GMAO) dans le cadre de la maintenance préventive et curative,
De participer à la rédaction et au respect des plans de préventions et permis de travail
De veiller au suivi réglementaire des équipements
De participer aux différents audits de certification et métier
D’animer et coordonner les travaux effectués par les sous-traitants,
De participer à la démarche d’amélioration de nos façons de travailler
Are you a MATCH?
Niveau BAC + 2 (BTS Cira, BTS électrotechnique,...) ou expérience équivalente avec 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance
Expérience dans les démarches de sécurité, qualité et environnement.
Connaissances de base en électricité, automatisme et hydraulique
Méthode, autonomie et rigueur, avec un bon relationnel.
Maîtrise l’outil Informatique (Word, Excel, …), la connaissance de SAP et des GMAO serait un plus.
Réactivité, proactivité
Travail posté en 2x7 (6h30-13h30 / 13h30-20h30) sur une base 35h
