This role is ideal for a hands-on, service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting end users, coordinating with vendors, following up on IT issues and participating in technology projects that keep our hotels connected, secure and operating efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day IT operations across the three hotels, ensuring systems, equipment and services are functioning properly.

- Support the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including administration, patching, upgrades and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with third-party providers and internal teams to follow up on service requests, incidents, warranties, support contracts and project tasks.
- Assist with the technology elements for hotel, bar and restaurant openings.
