🔎 Resumo da posição
O(a) profissional será responsável por atuar nas atividades de qualidade de manufatura e produto, garantindo conformidade com requisitos internos e de clientes, além de apoiar a melhoria contínua dos processos. Também terá forte interface com fornecedores e gestão do sistema de qualidade, assegurando padrões e performance.
⚙️ Principais responsabilidades
- Atuar na qualidade de manufatura, conduzindo ações preventivas, corretivas e de melhoria contínua
- Realizar gestão de não conformidades, incluindo contenção, análise de causa e planos de ação
- Atender clientes em temas de qualidade de produto e processo, incluindo auditorias e requisitos específicos
- Conduzir atividades de desenvolvimento de fornecedores (APQP / PPAP)
- Monitorar a performance de fornecedores e tratativas de qualidade
- Gerir a qualidade de materiais recebidos, incluindo avaliação, aprovação e segregação de peças
- Garantir a gestão da metrologia, incluindo calibração e controle de instrumentos
- Atuar na manutenção do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (IATF), incluindo documentação e auditorias
- Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e ações de melhoria contínua

✅ Requisitos
- Formação técnica concluída em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimentos em:
- Ferramentas da qualidade (8D, A3, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, CEP)
- FMEA
- APQP / PPAP
- MASP
- Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico (GDT)
- Metrologia
- Sistema de qualidade e requisitos de fornecedores
- Inglês intermediário será considerado um diferencial
- Conhecimento em SAP é desejável
