The position is a temporary assignment ending October 31, 2027.

Location: Flexible within Europe, with a preference for candidates located in Poland, Spain, or the Nordic countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading payroll and employee lifecycle transformation projects across multiple countries.

  • Coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration.
  • Facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and supporting solution design.
  • Overseeing testing activities, payroll validations, and go-live readiness.
  • Supporting change management, training, and transition into operational support.
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation, payroll regulations, and company policies.
  • Providing regular project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and program stakeholders.

Qualifications for the role

  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Solid understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting organizations operating across Nordic countries.

  • Strong experience with Workday, including payroll-related processes and integrations.
  • Experience with Strada, divestments, or carve-out projects is considered an advantage.
