All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Digital Activation:

- Coordinate campaign execution across email, landing pages, paid and organic channels, content syndication, account-based marketing and other relevant activation channels.
- Turn approved campaign briefs into detailed execution plans, timelines, asset requirements, audience lists, channel actions and measurement trackers.
- Coordinate campaign setup, quality assurance, launch, optimization and reporting with internal teams and external agencies.
Events, Webinars & Client Engagement:
- Support BU marketing leads with the planning and delivery of client-facing events, executive engagements, roundtables, industry conferences, sponsorship activations and regional field marketing programs.
- Manage end-to-end webinar delivery, including project planning, promotion, registration, speaker readiness, audience communications, live execution, follow-up and reporting.
- Manage event and webinar operations, including agencies, vendors, production, branding, registration, budgets, agendas, run-of-show materials and on-site execution.
- Ensure pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up are connected to priority accounts, sales actions and measurable commercial outcomes.
Lead Nurture, Progression & Marketing Operations:
- Coordinate agreed lead nurture and follow-up journeys, ensuring engaged audiences are captured, routed and progressed through marketing and sales follow-up.
- Partner with Demand Operations and Sales to define lead capture, handoff, routing, CRM updates, follow-up expectations and reporting discipline.
- Maintain campaign calendars, priority account lists, program trackers and accurate campaign records.
- Track gaps and delays in lead progression, escalate them to the relevant BU marketing lead, and coordinate corrective follow-up with Sales and Demand Operations.
Analytics, Insights & Optimization:
- Apply agreed measurement frameworks and track campaign engagement, account response, lead generation, lead progression, pipeline contribution, conversion and return on marketing investment.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and concise stakeholder reports that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Analyze performance by business unit, market, audience, channel and program type, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare post-program reviews and practical recommendations that help BU marketing leads improve future targeting, content, channel mix and nurture execution.
Content Localization & Market Relevance:
- Adapt global campaigns, thought leadership, sales materials, landing pages, client communications and event assets for CEMEA markets and audiences.
- Coordinate translation and review workflows while preserving brand, product, legal and market requirements.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Communications and local teams to ensure messaging is relevant, differentiated and aligned with regional priorities.
- Develop reusable campaign toolkits, templates and playbooks that improve quality, consistency and speed across markets.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
