- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieur- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zur Bau- und Baustoffbranche
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb sowie in der Führung unterschiedlicher Vertriebsteams, idealerweise im baunahen B2B-Umfeld
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz
- Strategisches, unternehmerisches Denkvermögen verbunden mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
