- A kijelölt vevőknél a komplett reklamációs ügyintézési folyamat működtetése
- A reklamált termékanalízisek lefolytatása, dokumentálása, riportálása házon belül és a vevő felé
- Folyamatos vevői kapcsolattartás
- Belső auditok támogatása, a vevői auditok levezetése
- Folyamatos vevői portál figyelés, analízis riportálás, negatív trendek esetén beavatkozás
- A területhez tartozó heti/havi riportok elkészítése
- Garanciális/reklamációs pénzügyi előrejelzések készítése, karbantartása
- Folyamatváltozások minőségügyi felülvizsgálata, vevővel való kommunikálása
- Kooperáció más területekkel, gyáregységekkel a vevőkkel kapcsolatos feladatokat érintően
Ideális jelöltünk:
- műszaki főiskolai / egyetemi végzettséggel bír
- 3-5 év autóiparban, (vevői) minőségbiztosítási területen szerzett tapasztalattal rendelkezik

- tárgyalási szinten kommunikál angol nyelven mind szóban, mind írásban
- ismeri az IATF 16949 szabványt, illetve a VDA követelmény rendszert
- képes win-win szituáció kialakítására, képes megfelelően kezelni a konfliktus helyzeteket
- „can do” attitűddel rendelkezik
- analitikus gondolkodás jellemzi
- előny: német nyelv ismerete
