Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Voice of the Customer Intern to support Veeam’s Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer programs during a 10-week summer internship. This role is ideal for a student interested in customer experience, customer insights, research, analytics, or program management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, comfortable working with both data and qualitative feedback, and able to communicate findings in a clear and actionable way.

Through this internship, the intern will gain practical experience in Voice of the Customer programs, survey analysis, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. They will also contribute to work that helps Veeam better understand customer needs and drive customer experience improvements across the organization.
