Business Function

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of interest rate trading strategies across various asset classes and geographies
Analyze market trends, economic data, and other relevant information to identify trading opportunities
Develop and implement trading strategies to generate consistent returns while managing risk
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, risk management, and compliance, to ensure effective execution of trading activities
Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

Requirements

Strong understanding of fixed income markets, derivatives, and trading strategies
Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in the use of trading and analytical software
