Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Business Process Improvement unterstützt Du unser globales Equipment-Geschäft bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen. Du arbeitest an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und trägst dazu bei, Transparenz, Effizienz und Standardisierung in unseren Geschäftsabläufen zu erhöhen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei datengetriebenen Analysen sowie verschiedenen Transformations- und Verbesserungsinitiativen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit internationalen Teams aus Vertrieb, Operations, Engineering und IT zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in globale Geschäftsprozesse und bereichsübergreifende Projekte.

Deine Verantwortung

Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen unter Anwendung etablierter Prozessmanagement-Standards (z. B. BPMN 2.0)
Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen zur Verbesserung von Effizienz, Qualität und Transparenz bestehender Abläufe
Unterstützung von Process-Excellence- und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen
Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen und Datenqualität
Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
Unterstützung bei Workshops zur Prozessaufnahme und Prozessverbesserung
Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Arbeitspaketen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern

Was Du mitbringst

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich darzustellen
Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Interesse an Prozessmanagement, Business Process Excellence und Continuous Improvement
Erste Kenntnisse in Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN 2.0) sind von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse in SAP oder die Bereitschaft, sich in SAP-basierte Geschäftsprozesse einzuarbeiten
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und aktiv mitzugestalten
Du bist für 20 Std./Woche verfügbar, die Vergütung beträgt 16,64 Euro/Stunde
