Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules

• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position
• Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours at day.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection, hair net and beard guard.
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.

Requirements:

• Incumbent must display a Caring attitude when training Team Members, ensuring that the success and safety of each team member is their upmost priority.
• Incumbent must inhabit the 5 C’s and actively reflect the Tyson values when collaborating with team members.
• Incumbent must be willing to work weekends and over time as needed.
