Für unsere Niederlassung in Düsseldorf suchen wir derzeit
Auszubildende zur/zum Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d). Bei Röhlig lernst du die Speditionswelt von Grund auf kennen und unterstützt aktiv die verschiedenen Abteilungen der Luft- und Seefracht. Im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung hast du außerdem die Möglichkeit, auch unseren Luftfracht Gateway Standort in Frankfurt sowie unseren Seefracht Standort in Hamburg kennenzulernen und wertvolle Einblicke in diesen Bereich zu gewinnen.
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
- Aufgaben: Kundenberatung, Angebotserstellung, Sendungsbuchung, Erstellung von Frachtpapieren, Abrechnung und Kostenkontrolle
- Know how: Aufbau von Routine in der Zollabwicklung bei grenzüberschreitenden Transporten
- Internationalität: Kommunikation mit Kunden, Reedern, Frachtführern, Airlines sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen weltweit
- Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Projekten

- Hard Skills: Guter Realschulabschluss oder Fachhochschulreife bzw. Hochschulreife, sichere Kommunikation auch auf Englisch sowie Interesse an IT und digitalen Anwendungen
