El Import Sea Freight Executive es responsable de coordinar las operaciones de importación marítima, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos, tiempos e indicadores establecidos por la organización. Este rol requiere una gestión proactiva de las operaciones, con el objetivo de garantizar un servicio eficiente y el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente y del negocio.

En Rohlig México trabajamos en la construcción de un equipo robusto que contribuya a nuestra expansión estratégica y al fortalecimiento sostenido de nuestra posición en el mercado y como organización.
Lo que harás:
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las operaciones de importación marítima (LCL/FCL), de acuerdo con los INCOTERMS, instrucciones comerciales y acuerdos de servicio.
- Gestionar la logística integral del embarque, incluyendo la liberación de carga, despacho aduanal y transporte terrestre cuando aplique.
- Mantener comunicación y coordinación con navieras, agentes aduanales, la red de agentes Röhlig y demás proveedores involucrados en la operación.
- Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de los embarques en el sistema operativo, asegurando la integridad de los datos.
- Facturar las operaciones en los tiempos establecidos, verificando la rentabilidad de los embarques y reportando desviaciones.
- Gestionar los procesos administrativos de la operación, garantizando el cumplimiento de los indicadores y métricas establecidos por la compañía.
Lo que traes:
- Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en logística de transporte (Freight Forwarder, naviera y/o transportista).
- Conocimiento de INCOTERMS.
- Conocimiento en manejo de cargas peligrosas.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Microsoft Office intermedio y conocimiento general de Softcargo y CargoWise.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Proactividad.
- Sentido de responsabilidad.
- Resiliencia.
- Integridad.
- Trabajo en equipo.
