We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager Finance to join our organization in Paris, France. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of financial projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex financial initiatives from conception through completion. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology departments, to drive project success and deliver measurable business value.

Plan, schedule, and manage financial projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for finance-related initiatives
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies proactively
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and analyze financial variances to ensure cost control and accountability
Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements, communicate project status, and manage expectations
Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to senior management and project sponsors
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, making decisive recommendations to keep projects on track
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and project governance standards
Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners to maintain project momentum
Analyze financial data and project metrics to optimize processes and improve project delivery efficiency
Support the onboarding and coordination of project team members, ensuring clear role definition and accountability

Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in financial project management or finance operations
Proven expertise in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis
Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus
Experience with risk management and change management methodologies
Solid understanding of financial systems and processes (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is preferred)
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes is advantageous
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
