At Röhlig Netherlands, approximately 25 people work across two locations in Rotterdam and Hoofddorp.

For our Sea Freight team in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Sea Freight Export Forwarder to coordinate export shipments from start to finish.

What you will do:

Coordinate and administratively process sea freight export shipments from start to finish.
Monitor shipments closely and keep customers informed by telephone and email.
Request, check, book and invoice costs in CargoWise One.
Request and process transport and customs documentation.
Arrange transport and align delivery instructions and special requirements.
Coordinate with agents, suppliers and internal departments.

What you bring:

At least two years of experience as a sea freight forwarder, preferably in export.
Experience managing files from start to finish, including invoicing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive, flexible and service-oriented approach.
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of relevant sea freight and logistics legislation and regulations.
Experience with CargoWise One is an advantage.
