Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Ansprechpartner für das interne und externe Recruiting
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Fachbereichen und Business Partnern in Bezug auf die Mitarbeitergewinnung
Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit externe Recruitingpartnern
Aktive Direktansprache von interessanten Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten und potentiellen Talenten
Kreative Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse sowie der lokalen Rekrutierung- und Employer Branding-Strategie
Verantwortungsvoller Austausch und Kooperation mit Ziel-Schulen und Hochschulen, Organisationen und Verbänden
Offene Teilnahme an Jobmessen und anderen Recruiting-Veranstaltungen
Spannende Mitwirkung an globalen Recruiting-Projekten

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Anforderung:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer qualifizierten fachlichen Weiterbildung
Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrungen im Recruiting von gewerblichen und kaufmännischen Mitarbeitern
Sicherer Umgang in den bekannten Kanälen und Netzwerken, z.B. XING, LinkedIn, Kununu, etc.
Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office Paket sowie Kenntnisse in HCM Oracle von Vorteil
Solide arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse insbesondere im Bereich der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
