Deine Aufgaben:
Als Gruppenleiter/-in im Supportbereich PPS übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Mitarbeitern im Bereich Manufacturing Components. Dein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag umfasst dabei folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Disziplinäre Führung und Weiterentwicklung von rund 70 Mitarbeiter/-innen gemeinsam mit deinen Teamleiter/-innen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Weiterentwicklung von Organisationsabläufen sowie Mitwirkung bei Produktentstehungsprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gruppenleiterkollegen/-kolleginnen als zentrale Schnittstelle im Bereich Manufacturing Components
- Verantwortung für die Themenfelder Process Engineering, Prototyping & Validation (Platinenfertigung), Wartung & Instandhaltung, Quality Assurance am Shopfloor sowie Aus- und Weiterbildung inklusive Lehrlingsausbildung
- Verantwortung für die Kostenentwicklung sowie die Umsetzung von Shopfloor Management- und Lean Management-Standards
- Förderung deiner Mitarbeiter/-innen und Leitung von Projekten nach Corporate-Project-Management-Standards

Dein Profil:
- Technische Ausbildung sowie fundiertes Verständnis für Produktions- und Fertigungsprozesse im industriellen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern im Fertigungsumfeld von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie fundierte Lean-Management-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zielvorgaben sowie der Analyse und dem Monitoring von KPIs
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, überdurchschnittliches Engagement und ein ergebnisorientierter Führungsstil
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Offenheit für neue Ansätze und Veränderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie interkulturelles Verständnis

Unsere attraktiven ALL-IN Vergütungspakete liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 4.472,11 und € 5.477,01 – mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
