MISSION

La risorsa verrà inserita con un contratto di stage e supporterà il reparto Produzione e Engineering nella definizione, implementazione e gestione delle procedure operative e di sicurezza, contribuendo a garantire standard elevati di efficienza, conformità e sicurezza sul lavoro, attraverso un’attenta gestione della documentazione e dei processi formativi.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Definizione, mappatura, implementazione e aggiornamento periodico delle procedure operative del reparto Produzione che conta 80 FTE;
In stretta collaborazione con l’Ufficio EHS, definizione, mappatura, implementazione e aggiornamento periodico delle procedure di sicurezza del reparto Produzione;
Gestione delle scadenze formative, aggiornando continuamente i verbali di formazioni di tutte le procedure (sia operative sia di sicurezza);
Inserimento delle procedure e dei verbali di formazione in apposito file Excel di riepilogo;

Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale, Chimica o simili o Diploma in materie tecniche.

Inserimento con contratto di stage.

Orario di lavoro a giornata dal lunedì al venerdì.

SKILLS

Conoscenza di base degli impianti industriali, energetici, meccanici, elettrici ed elettronici
Attitudine ad apprendere il funzionamento degli impianti e delle linee di produzione
Predisposizione a lavorare in team
Capacità comunicative e di relazione interpersonale
Dinamicità e flessibilità
Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office - in particolare Excel
